Through the Zip Code Adoption Initiative, we have the opportunity to build and strengthen unified Church & Prayer Coalitions across every region.
ZIP CODE TEAM COMMITMENT
All partnering churches are committing to:
Meet regularly on Zoom or in person to develop prayer and outreach strategies
Work together in a unified Saturation to Transformation Movement
Reach every neighborhood and home in their adopted zip code
Execute creative, unified, and long-term John 17 strategies
Each church will be assigned a portion of the zip code and will take ownership of reaching that area alongside other churches.

THE GOAL FOR EVERY ZIP CODE TEAM
Each Zip Code Team is working toward a unified strategy to reach every home and neighborhood through collaboration:
Adopt a zip code using a John 17 strategy (5–15 churches per zip code).
Each church will shepherd 500–2,000 homes for prayer, outreach, and Gospel saturation.
Mobilize believers to reach every neighborhood with free Gospel materials.
Develop transformational strategies to visit and build relationships with every family.
Build and strengthen Church & Prayer Coalitions in every zip code.

ZIP CODE TEAM COMMITMENT:
All partnering churches are committing to meet regularly to develop prayer and outreach strategies, in a unified Saturation to Transformation Movement, to reach every neighborhood and home in their adopted zip code. Each church will have an assigned number of households and neighborhoods they are committing to reach with creative strategies.
DIRECTORY – All churches in a Zip Code Team will receive a Church & Prayer Coalition Directory of participating churches and contact information to use to build teams. The Directory will be updated as each church helps bring new churches on board to adopt their zip code at: JesusWeekMovement.org.
ZIP CODE TEAMS – Each team should begin communicating with each other as they receive the Zip Code Directory, in order to establish roles within their team and help grow with other churches.
At the Church Level – Each church needs to assign: a designated Outreach Leader(s) and Prayer Leader(s) for their adopted areas.
At the Zip Code Level – Each zip code team needs a designated Zip Code Church Coordinator(s) and a Zip Code Prayer Coordinator(s) to communicate and work with the assigned Church Leaders.
BUILD YOUR TEAMS – Use the Holy Flood playbook to mobilize your congregations and the MissionWake movement building playbook develop transformational strategies. Work together to identify and invite neighboring churches that will partner with Jesus Week and your zip code saturation to transformation You can use the promotional/media resources provided by Jesus Week to help cast vision and mission, and/or develop your own zip code team material with your own local message. New church partners should always register at JesusWeekMovement.org to be officially included in the directories and movement.
PREPARE FOR JESUS WEEK 2025 – The fun has JUST begun! Attend the orientation workshops, the official Jesus Week retreat, and local planning/prayer meetings in your region for Jesus Week. Encourage churches to join the movement and register their outreach to receive FREE Gospel Materials.
